Help Me Grow

All services are free regardless of income level or immigration status. Addresses concerns about a child’s development (e.g., child might need extra help to learn and grow) by providing information and resources that will help parents, professionals, and community members identify children (birth to kindergarten) who may be experiencing delays in their development. Provides information that will equip those who interact with young children to better monitor each child’s development. Families will be contacted by the local school district to arrange for a screening or evaluation to determine if their child is eligible for Infant and Toddler Intervention or Preschool Special Education services in Minnesota.

Help Me Connect

Helps expectant families, families with young children birth to 8 years of age, and those working with families find and connect to services in their local communities that support healthy child development and family well-being. Resources and services that promote healthy:

  • Prenatal and early childhood development
  • Education
  • Safety and well-being of children and families

Follow Along

Helps families track their child’s development and connect to support if needed. Families receive short questionnaires about their child’s development along with activity ideas and information about typical growth and learning. Local public health staff review the results with families and can help connect children and families to additional resources if needed.
